Like most men in their 30s, 40s and 50s, (midlife you might say, although some sprightly 60 year olds may argue with that) I've gradually found it harder to stop putting on the pounds and gaining in weight. I wouldn't exactly say PT Trim Review that I'm packing 'man-boobs' or anywhere near whale meat but I have to admit, I'm not the 'slim waisted' 20 something I used to be.
I'm still very active playing sport each and every week (which is probably just as well otherwise I dread to think what a state I might be) and I feel quite fit and healthy, but I think I've gone up a few sizes sports short area, and my black tracksuit bears more resemblance to a wetsuit to be honest, so I'm just wondering what happened to me.
